Aiming to maintain the beauty of our Township, the Comstock Transfer Station manages the garbage and recycling needs of our residents. The Transfer Station is capable of processing and recycling household waste, excluding some hazardous materials. The Charter Township of Comstock’s Transfer Station is located at 6604 East Main Street

SUMMER HOURS:  APRIL 1- OCTOBER 31st

11:00 am to 6:00 pm – Tuesdays & Thursdays

 9:00 am to 4:00 pm – Saturdays

WINTER HOURS:  NOVEMBER 1- MARCH 31st

 11:00 am to 4:00 pm – Thursdays

Kitchen food, household garbage, batteries, propane or oxygen tanks, oil drums, fuel tanks, gasoline, oil, sawdust, refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, televisions, large quantities of building materials, rocks, sand, concrete, asphalt, bricks, chemicals, ammunition or fireworks, vehicle parts or dead animals.
